Fair Usage Policy
LekkaNet's Unlimited LTE plans are subject to this Fair Usage Policy (FUP), so every customer on the network gets a fair share of available capacity. Once a plan's high-speed data threshold is reached in a given month, your speed steps down rather than your connection being cut off.

30Mbps unlimited, all hours
- ✓Operates 24x7x365
- ✓1 month validity
- ✓300 minutes on-net to all Telkom mobile and fixed lines per month
- ✓600GB data at 30Mbps
- ✓Thereafter 50GB at 4Mbps
- ✓Thereafter unlimited data at 2Mbps for the rest of the month
This policy applies only to LekkaNet's Unlimited 10Mbps, 20Mbps and 30Mbps LTE plans. It does not apply to our fibre packages, which are uncapped and unshaped with no speed step-downs, or to the LTE plans sold with a fixed data amount. Data thresholds, minutes, and validity periods reset at the start of each new monthly cycle.
